All appointment requests, whether urgent or routine, are triaged and navigated to ensure they are directed to the right appointment / pathway.
Urgent appointments
Patient requests for an urgent clinical appointment or review, should either be made by attending the practice in person or by telephone.
Accurx will ask patients a series of clinically validated questions to triage their concern and offer an appointment, if required.
Patients who are unable to use AccuRx can contact the practice on 020 3826 0826 or visit the surgery and speak with a Patient Care Navigator (Monday – Friday 08:00 – 18:30).
Our Patient Care Navigators will ask you some questions to appropriately direct your care. Anything you tell our trained navigators is treated in the strictest of confidence. We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.
For urgent appointments, we may ask you to attend surgery for a face-to-face appointment.
If there are no appointments available and your problem is URGENT, requiring same day attention—please call the surgery to speak with the Same Day Team. Our trained Patient Care Navigators will require you to answer some questions about your problem so it can be triaged.
Please be aware that if you need to be seen, the team may expect you to attend the surgery at short notice.
