Routine GP appointment requests can be made using Accurx.
Patients will be asked a few questions, including if they prefer to see a particular GP, and their appointment request will then be logged.
Requests for routine appointments will be triaged and patients will receive a response from the practice by the end of the next working day (18:30 Monday – Friday).
Patients who are unable to use AccuRx should contact the practice on 0203 826 0826 or visit the surgery to speak with a Patient Care Navigator (Monday – Friday 08:00 – 18:30).
Our Patient Care Navigators will ask you some questions to appropriately direct your care. Anything you tell our trained navigators is treated in the strictest of confidence. We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.
