Bio: I grew up locally in this area being educated at the Tiffin School and then Guy’s, King’s & St Thomas’s School of Medicine where I graduated with a 1st class Honour’s Bachelor of Science degree and the John Henry Wignall prize in Medicine. I carried out my post graduate training in the Oxford School of Surgery where I completed rotations in Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgery, Plastic Surgery & Head and Neck Surgery. During this time I developed a passion for teaching – being an undergraduate tutor and faculty member in Medicine at St. Peter’s College, University of Oxford. As part of my training I have also published & presented research internationally, and have won prestigious prizes from the Royal Society of Medicine and the AO Trauma Foundation. I chose to return to my home town to become a GP and I am passionate about enhancing Musculoskeletal and Minor Surgical Services in our Community. In my spare time I am a sports enthusiast, participating in national running and triathlon events, a keen cook and spend the rest of my time with a loving family.
