Having grown up locally, following a degree in Natural Sciences, I returned to London, qualifying from Imperial College School of Medicine in 2003. I completed my general practice training, obtaining my MRCGP with distinction, in 2007. I have worked as a GP in Surrey and South West London since then, building a strong working knowledge of the local hospital and community services that can help my patients. I was on the board of our local GP Federation from 2018-19, helping to develop the now established Primary Care Networks around Wimbledon. I love the breadth and variety of general practice and am passionate about trying to marry the best aspects of traditional family medicine with the opportunities that modernisation can bring.
