Please be aware that essential network maintenance will take place at The Nelson Medical Practice on Wednesday 26 August 2026 from 6:30pm.
The work is expected to take approximately four to five hours. During this time, the practice team will temporarily be unable to access our network or clinical systems, including patients’ medical records.
If you need to contact the practice about a non-urgent matter, please do so before 6:30pm where possible. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience while this essential work is completed.
If you need urgent medical help while our systems are unavailable, please use NHS 111 online or call 111. Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency where someone’s life is at risk.
