Vacancies

The Nelson Medical Practice opened in April 2015 and is the largest practice in the Merton area. We are a teaching and training practice with over 30,000 patients and are located within the Nelson Health Centre.

The practice is open from 8:00am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday and also offers a range of extended hours including early mornings, evenings and Saturday mornings.

We are currently seeking to expand our friendly practice team. Information about our current vacancies can be found below.

Please note that for all positions previous experience of dealing with the public is essential as are computer skills.

Patient Care Coordinator

We have an opportunity for an individual to join our dynamic team of Patient Care Coordinators.

The role is for 22.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday 14:00 – 18:30).

Good communication, organisational and customer service skills are essential as this role involves dealing with members of the public, clinicians and outside organisations. Good IT skills are also essential.

Previous experience in a GP practice setting is desirable.

We are  recruiting an enthusiastic generalist HR professional.  Responsible for all aspects of the people function including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Payroll, Training and Workforce Development. The position requires the successful candidate to work closely with the practice management team.

40 hours per week, Monday – Friday. Salary dependent on experience.
