Our aim is to provide you with comprehensive, high quality general medical care. We are always trying to improve our services; if you have any comments or suggestions, we would be happy to hear from you. These can be made via our online complaints, comments and suggestions form, verbally, in writing or to one of the doctors.
If you feel that any aspect of our service has been less than adequate, we would invite you to discuss this with our Operations Director, or one of the doctors (by arrangement with our Patient Care Navigators).
We have a practice complaints procedure. Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service and we try to deal swiftly with any problems that may occur. Please note that we have to respect our duty of confidentiality to our patients and a patient’s consent will be necessary if a complaint is made by someone other than the patient, except in the case of children under the age of 16.
